Jemma Harvey is the Senior Vice President Sales and Co-Productions, Scripted reporting into President, BBC Worldwide – Americas, Ann Sarnoff. She is based in New York.
Harvey oversees our scripted programming business in the U.S, developing and executing sales strategies for the U.S. media market, leading a first-class team who work closely with clients to determine and fulfill their programming needs. Harvey works with U.K producers to identify and negotiate co-production opportunities for U.S. broadcast and digital partners, ensuring the best possible product to prospective buyers, and securing programming deals for content from the company’s award-winning catalog. Harvey is also responsible for negotiating and executing high-value global deals with digital partners for BBC Worldwide.
Harvey has been with BBC Worldwide Americas for seven years, previously working at BBC Worldwide’s London headquarters where she was Head of Content, Digital Media, and prior to that, Manager, UK and Ireland Television Sales. In both roles, Harvey was responsible for leading the strategy, securing key sales with clients, and managing relationships with talent and production.
